Definitely the 1st time i didnt feel awkward in a car with a stranger... I worked with Arty from City Realty and it was probably the best way to end a crappy day of apartment hunting. I was only in the area for the day (just moved from Cinn.) and had been around with a couple of other realtors but no luck. He's the funniest kid you'll meet under the circumstances and was quick to line up some good places. We closed pretty quickly too, so if you're short on time give him a call!
Pros: A lot of knowledge of the Brighton and Allston neigborhoods
