Review content:
This is more of a review of the broker I worked with than the City Realty in general, but both get 5 stars from me. My girlfriend and I were looking for a one bed close to the T with some shared garden space and two parking spots in Brighton or Allston. We worked with a few brokers from the likes of Greenline and NexGen, but we ended up sticking with Adam Kotkin from City Realty Group. First of all, he wasn't pushy, which was the problem we were having with some of the other brokers we saw (both during this search and ones in the past). He was also well-organized and very sensitive to our needs-- the yard was key and he made sure to call each landlord before the showing to make sure it would work with our needs... we have a Jack Russell who likes to stretch his legs AND we don;t mind the occasional backyard BBQ. You'd think every realtor would want to save his/our time by only showing places that could work but that's obviously not always the case... Adam was considerate and showed he valued both his and our time. I would definitely give City Realty a call and ask for him if you want to deal with your apartment search efficiently and pleasantly.
