City Fence just finished installing my cedar fence, and I love it!! The salesman and the workers were very polite. The work was done when they said it would be. The workmanship is top-notch!! The products they use is better then the stuff you can get at the Lowes or Home Depot. My wife loves the look of the fence and the "smell." Pleasing my wife is not an easy thing to do, they did!! City Fence Co of San Antonio I feel is the best company for building a cedar privacy fence. I needed a cedar privacy fence in a hurry and they not only made me a beaitful looking fence they installed it right away. The crew they sent out was polite and friendly and cleaned up after. This is not the first time that City Fence has exceeded my expectations. One of the reasons I like living in san Antonio is because of people like the staff at City Fence. Honesty, integrity, service, and no shenanigans. I wish they could do other stuff besides cedar fence, like auto repair, foundation repair, legal services, etc....you know...the stuff that usually gets you ripped off. If I could talk City Fence into doing that stuff then we would all be better off more

When I needed a fence to keep a neighbors dog out of my yard and away from my dog, I called several places. City Fence Co of San Antonio returned my call prompty and can out right away to give me a quote. I really liked my salesman as he was very friendly and didn't push, but he did explain everything and answered even my smallest questions. I really needed the fence right away (remember the dog problem) so they put me in the schedule right away. The guys that come out to do the install were very polite, friendly and respectful. And best of all they cleaned up any and all mess when they were done. Not only did they give great service, but the results were wonderful. I am so pleased with my new fence that I show it off as much as I can and would recommend they to everyone. Ohh and my salesman even stopped by after the work was done just to make sure all was ok. Now that is what I call Great! more

I would NEVER use City Fence again! They never return phone calls, they miss appointments, and since they are a big company, they just don't care. They deserve a VERY LOW rating and a bad review. And I would advise you to not use them! Go with a smaller company that wants to work hard to make a good impression. City Fence doesn't give a hoot because they are a big company and can make lots of money on big jobs. I took time off from work so I could have someone from City Fence come give me an estimate on a small fence job. They never showed up-- and they never called me back to apologize or give me a reason. I found out it was because I had a small job. That's how they work- they don't care about you unless you are a big job. And the owner and all his workers are the same way. Why would anyone want to give your money to a company like this one? So, I would suggest you NOT use them. There are plenty of other good fence companies in San Antonio that want your business and who keep appointments. more
