I would NEVER use City Fence again! They never return phone calls, they miss appointments, and since they are a big company, they just don't care. They deserve a VERY LOW rating and a bad review. And I would advise you to not use them! Go with a smaller company that wants to work hard to make a good impression. City Fence doesn't give a hoot because they are a big company and can make lots of money on big jobs. I took time off from work so I could have someone from City Fence come give me an estimate on a small fence job. They never showed up-- and they never called me back to apologize or give me a reason. I found out it was because I had a small job. That's how they work- they don't care about you unless you are a big job. And the owner and all his workers are the same way. Why would anyone want to give your money to a company like this one? So, I would suggest you NOT use them. There are plenty of other good fence companies in San Antonio that want your business and who keep appointments.
