Citron's Used Auto Parts and Light Truck Parts

Went to this place for a part for my front headlight. This guy mark was at the front desk already being rude to this Hispanic man , so I kinda knew my experience here would be bad. Got the part I needed , counted out $80 , cause the part was $75. I asked the guy mark for a receipt , he tells me there would be an extra charge for the receipt. I say no problem. He puts $60 back on the counter and tell me I didn't give him enough money . To make a long story short. He robbed me of $20 and threatened to mase if I didn't leave the store. Needless to say I'm sueing this company for bad business practices. Don't do business here !!!! I got robbed by this guy mark !!! more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!\r I called them looking for a part for out truck. A guy picks up the phone (turns out he's the manager) I told him what part I'm looking for and asked for the price. He said ""It's $175.00"" and hands up the phone. I called back to see why he would hang up the phone, does he not want my business. He answered the phone again and I said ""I just called and you hanged up on me"" and he said ""I gave the price already"" and hanged up the phone again. I was shocked since I was really nice and everything. So I called the 3rd time and a lady answered the phone so I asked to speak to the manager, and she said ""You just spoke to the manager"". I asked her ""so you don't want my business"" and didn't even finish the sentence when she hangs up on me too! Is it because I am a woman? Do they NOT take orders from a woman? That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I would have purchased that part from them but since they hate women (or whatever other reason they won't take my order) I would never call them again. VERY rude and so unprofessional! Don't give them your business if this is how they treat women. They should be ashamed of themselves! more

I was able to sell a lot of parts from my car that got into a car accident awhile back. They're really telling the truth when they say they'll pay top dollar for your car parts. more

The vintage motor parts are in great condition and are priced reasonably. The motor room is large and has a variety of items to choose from. more

If you need a motor or transmission, this is the place to come to. They have everything! more

I have a body shop in New Mexico and drive here weekly. They always have the parts I need. Always! The prices are great too! more
