WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!\r
I called them looking for a part for out truck. A guy picks up the phone (turns out he's the manager) I told him what part I'm looking for and asked for the price. He said ""It's $175.00"" and hands up the phone. I called back to see why he would hang up the phone, does he not want my business. He answered the phone again and I said ""I just called and you hanged up on me"" and he said ""I gave the price already"" and hanged up the phone again. I was shocked since I was really nice and everything. So I called the 3rd time and a lady answered the phone so I asked to speak to the manager, and she said ""You just spoke to the manager"". I asked her ""so you don't want my business"" and didn't even finish the sentence when she hangs up on me too! Is it because I am a woman? Do they NOT take orders from a woman? That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I would have purchased that part from them but since they hate women (or whatever other reason they won't take my order) I would never call them again. VERY rude and so unprofessional! Don't give them your business if this is how they treat women. They should be ashamed of themselves!
