I have had nothing but good repair from this company. Every time i have gone through them i have had nothing but wonderful service. The technicians were very kind and came to the house on the time scheduled. The technician was out the same day and that day i had my appliances fixed. When they had to order the part, they came out as soon as the part came in. I recommend going through this company if you ever need a company to go through. You get same day service and very low prices. Pros: Great service! more

Wish I would have read the other 2 reviews before I called them to service my fridge. My experience is very similar. I scheduled an appt for them to check my fridge. The initial appt was on time and I got an estimate and gave a $40 deposit on the parts and labor. From that point forward, horrible experience!! My first appt was to be on Monday with a service window of 'after 4pm'. By 7:15pm when no one had shown, I called and talked to the 'operator'. She advised that the technican's ballbearings went out on his van. I asked why no one called me to advise. She said they didn't have my phone #. Not sure how that could be since I gave it to them for my initial appt. So from there I scheduled an appt for 2 days later. No show, no call, nothing but another excuse. The 3rd appt, was to be first thing on that Friday at 8am. By 9:30, no one had shown. I got a lame excuse about the technican was running late because the warehouse had given him the wrong part, blah, blah. I asked why no one called. They had no answer for me, except to say that this poor service was 'not like them' and that my particular techican had had several complaints, so she would give my repair to another more qualified technican or even send their manager! I gave them one more opportunity the next day with a service window of 10am to 2pm. By 3pm, no one had shown. I called the office and the lady began to give more excuses. I told her I wanted someone there today or I wanted my deposit returned to me. She said she would check on the technican and then call me back immediately. After one hour passed, I called back and she said that she had talked to the first technican and they would send me a refund. Still waiting on that refund as we speak! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! A week wasted and nothing but excuses after excuse! Pros: NONE! Cons: Poor customer service; no-shows for scheduled appts more

My dryer is not working so I made an sppointment for Saturday between 3 and 6. Well, 6 o'clock passes and no repair man so I call and the lady that answers said that I was not on the book. OK there was a mix up fine, I have only wasted 3 hours, they reschedule with many apoligies for Sunday before noon. Around 11 I get a call from the same lady saying that the repair man had a call in Celine and would not be there by noon, OK things happen, just another 4 hours waiting. I call back at 3 to see if she could give me an ETA, she says before 6 because he gets off early today. At 6 my husband, who is extremely furious at this time calls and the lady tells me that the repair man will not be coming out, so another 6 hours spent sitting in my house waiting for a repair man that never comes! I was not able to get anything done all weekend because I sat waiting for 13 hours total for this guy to show up and I still can't get my laundry done!!!!!!! I wish I would have read the other review before calling this place, I will spend the extra money and call another repair man if he will show up and not waste my time! more

I've had refrig and dryer fixed by this company before, no issues. Broken dishwasher, service the next day. Needed parts. Told me if I called right away they could order the parts that day and he could come out when they came in. Original service was on a Friday afternoon. Called. Operator said she would make sure parts were ordered. Monday no call, Tuesday afternoon I called. No parts were ordered yet. Ordered again. Told he could come out Wednesday as they were in stock. No call Wednesday. Called Thursday - Tech out on personal emergency. He would come out Friday morning. No Friday. Called Friday afternoon. I was supposed to have been called Friday morning but I wasn't. He could come out Saturday, but the one time he could come out was a time I couldn't be there. Put on the schedule for first thing Monday. Tech called Saturday and said the same thing. Called 4 times Monday. Now he's scheduled to come some time after 3pm. I have tried repeatedly to speak to someone other than the clueless operators, but the supervisor/manager only works about 20 minutes a day, or he's never in the office. Not reachable, does not return messages, it's ridiculous. I will never EVER use this place again. They should not be in business. I'm hoping to finally get my dishwasher repaired 10 days and 20 phone calls after it was supposed to have been done. Cons: see review more
