Great resource in the city for everything from strollers, to cribs, to car seats as well as clothes. The sales people are really laid back but extremely helpful more

The customer service is excellent. However, my main complaint is there registry service - they do not have a website, and maintain it in a 3 ring binder, so its not as easy for friends looking for a gift. But again, their knowledge is top-notch and they are extremely helpful. more

This store has all of your bases covered, but it needs a bit of help in the organization department. On the weekends, it can be a bit overwhelming since everything is croweded in there plus all of the people! more

Have a good selection of products and able to purchase many baby items at one time. Prices are a bit more than mass retailers. Able to try out baby joggers and other strollers - are good with letting you check out gear. more

A good place to buy your car seat - the staff will let you try out the floor model in your car, and CHP certified staff are available to install it for you free of charge. They also stock Pali cribs for immediate delivery. The convenience overshadows indifferent customer service, non-discounted prices and cluttery store layout. more

Store employees stand around talking to each other - wasn't greeting once. Back door was open and could see broken baby gear in piles in the back room. Full retail for very little service and junked-up sales floor. more

I read great reviews of this store and was dissapointed every time I went there and finally stopped going. The staff is completely unresponsive. It is not uncommon to be in the store for 30 minutes before getting any help. Selection is great as long as you don't want to take the item how w/you that day. Again, save the trip and shop online. more

Another well-stocked Baby News store. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Selection is vast but due to the store layout and size you have to search a bit or be willing to order by mail (instead of walking out with what you want). Overall great range of items. more
