Great selection and good customer service. Staff is very knowlegable about the merchandise. Have had some issues in ordering merchandise from them in terms of getting in touch with me when it came in. One item too 4 months! And I think they just kept forgetting to place the order more

Nice selection of everything a new parent could want and need. A true one-stop-shop. We got our car seat, my gliding chair, some clothes, grooming items, and toys here. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Parking along Clement can be a nightmare. more

Big selection of strollers and is in the city so no driving. Some staff are very knowledgable but you have to seek them out and ask. Prices are good if you compare item by item to other stores. Great place to go and quickly find a wide range of baby stuff - stroller covers, car sun screens, safety gates, pumps, etc. Kind of a dumpy store decor and things are scattered about. Staff doesn't smile - at least the 20 times I've been there. more

CitiKids is great for equipment since the staff is really knowledgeable. We've had a lot of success their with car seat and stroller purchases for two children. It is expensive. Toys R Us is certainly less expensive, but a much more frustrating experience. more

They are able to pack a lot of products in this small store! When every other Bay Area store was sold out of my stroller, they had it! (at a 10% price increase.) A bit more expensive than Babies R Us or Lullaby Lane. more
