Cisco Steam Clean

I had used other carpet cleaning companies before, and had not been happy with the results. Usually, about a week after treatment, stains start coming back up. I knew Jim, we had gone to school together years before, and I had heard he had his own business so I decided to give Cisco Steam Clean a try. My overall experience was great. From talking on the phone, to them coming over and having a conversation about what I expected. They were very nice, polite and professional. As they worked, they kept things in order. It's been about a month since they were here and not one stain has come back up! I am impressed! I guess the cleansers they used really worked. Jim worked for another company we had used prior, and when he left, we followed him to Cisco Steam Clean. We've had them out a couple of times to clean our carpet and we've always been happy with the results. Recently, we had them in to clean our tile floors. They did a very, very good job! We've been in the house for about six years, and we were very impressed that they were able to get the grout clean again to the color it was originally! They always do an excellent job. They are affordable, and offer reasonable and fair pricing. They are honest and straightforward. We are very happy with the services they've provided and highly recommend them! more
