Review content:
I had used other carpet cleaning companies before, and had not been happy with the results. Usually, about a week after treatment, stains start coming back up. I knew Jim, we had gone to school together years before, and I had heard he had his own business so I decided to give Cisco Steam Clean a try.
My overall experience was great. From talking on the phone, to them coming over and having a conversation about what I expected. They were very nice, polite and professional. As they worked, they kept things in order.
It's been about a month since they were here and not one stain has come back up! I am impressed! I guess the cleansers they used really worked. I have recommended them to several people already and I would definitely use them again!
