I own and operate a LAX Airport Shuttle Van. I drive on average more than 300 miles per day. Mercier does all the maintenance on my vehicle because I know that they will be fair and look for issues that I need taken care of. You can't find a better team in Burbank. more

Don't Bother 1/29/2014

These people are absolute idiots. I have had them work on my cars several times and they have effed it up every time. This morning I called to find out how long an oil change would take and was told an hour. 5 minutes later, after driving there, I was told it would be all day. Thanks for wasting my time dckheads. more

18 years of service 1/31/2013

It was a lucky day for me about 18 years ago when my nephew's radiator blew on his way home from NM. He took his car to Mercier's because it was close; after he highly recommended them to his mother and myself. We've been taking our cars there ever since. In fact they kept my little Ford running for 23-years. I have replaced that car & although I could have had free service for the 1st year after purchase with the dealer, I still took my car to Mericers, I cannot think of anywhere or anyone else I would trust.
