HORRIBLE - I have no idea who the woman is that interacts with customer but she lacks any sense of customer service. I asked for a pick up at an airport - made a change to the drop off location and they completely screwed it up. I was exhausted from business travel and arrived home to a limo that was at the wrong location - not where I needed a pick up. If I had made the mistake I would have taken ownership of it but it was their fault and they had the audacity to tell me they were charging my credit card for their mistake. This was after the driver indicated they'd pay for the taxi I had to take if I could prove they were in the wrong....which I did...but still I come from a customer service background and if you want to keep customers and grow your business, you do what's right for the customer and don't ask them to prove they're in the wrong. I'm find with this because I could prove it via email but I can only imagine if it had been purely phone conversations I would have no recourse other than to pay these crooks. These guys were HORRIBLE. I would never recommend doing business with them. They aren't recommeded by the BBB and now I see there's a reason for it. Sincerely - very disatisfied customer\r \r more

Hi everyone , we are writing a review on Christopher limousine in Walpole, MA because they did an outstanding job on our wedding, we are so happy looking back on our wedding day all went smoothly and I have to thank the caring chauffeurs who arrived on time and brought us to our ceremony in style, I couldn’t have been happier with service and it just made our day thank you! more

My husband and I were in Aruba and were informed by a family member that they were not able to pick us up at the airport on our return. Eleanor was so helpful in setting us up with a car to meet us at the airport. Our flight was delayed in landing at Logan and then it took us an hour to get our luggage. The driver Kevin was waiting for us curbside without any fuss or frustration. He brought us home and helped us with our luggage into our home. After we were home about a 1/2 an hour I received a call from Kevin that he found our camera in the car and was on his way to return it to us. Thank you Eleanor for saving us from being left in the lurch by our family and Kevin for returning our camera. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for transportation. more

I had a wonderful experience from booking the limousine to suggestions on what we can do to helpful chauffeur who got us where we needed to go safe and sound to the gorgeous limousine, I celebrated my 21st birthday in style and was treated so wonderfully I had to gush about this company, our chauffeur was Alan ,he was wonderful so helpful, he got us into clubs like we were vip’s and the door was always opened and we were all assisted in and out of limousines, he was so professional, the limousine was the Hybrid Tahoe which was so spacious and comfortable, it even had a disco floor and an Ipod hookup to play my tunes, The customer service was great we called to ask what clubs would be popular and we were given a list with info on what was going on and some suggestions, Eleanor was so helpful and even followed up after to make sure we enjoyed ourselves,I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the best from start to finish! What a great way to turn 21 and bring in the new year! more
