HORRIBLE - I have no idea who the woman is that interacts with customer but she lacks any sense of customer service. I asked for a pick up at an airport - made a change to the drop off location and they completely screwed it up. I was exhausted from business travel and arrived home to a limo that was at the wrong location - not where I needed a pick up. If I had made the mistake I would have taken ownership of it but it was their fault and they had the audacity to tell me they were charging my credit card for their mistake. This was after the driver indicated they'd pay for the taxi I had to take if I could prove they were in the wrong....which I did...but still I come from a customer service background and if you want to keep customers and grow your business, you do what's right for the customer and don't ask them to prove they're in the wrong. I'm find with this because I could prove it via email but I can only imagine if it had been purely phone conversations I would have no recourse other than to pay these crooks. These guys were HORRIBLE. I would never recommend doing business with them. They aren't recommeded by the BBB and now I see there's a reason for it. Sincerely - very disatisfied customer\r \r
