My experience with Christo has been very good, we use them for ongoing IT support. I think their strong point is their responsiveness, which is critical to operations. The reason I gave them a 4 rather than a 5 for my total experience is I don't think their strategy is well covered, some of that is on the part of the customer and some of that is on the part of Christo. It may just be a blind spot that they don't know about. It's kind of hard because there is not one person I can talk to about my long term plans, but they refer to prior notes and give good customer service. This does not make them any less good day to day either, it's just I talk to someone different every time.
