They make things work. 3/11/2014

We've been with Christo IT for over 10 years. They do everything for us. They monitor our system, our network, they upgrade our server, they even do backup. They cover everything we need in IT. I appreciate their willingness and ability to respond very quickly to any problem that occurs. They can send someone onsite without any trouble and are easy to work with. Our staff is not very IT savvy, but they make things understandable for us. more

I have worked with Christo It Services since they first opened their doors. I have found them to be extremely responsive and have developed personal relationships with some of them. Overall they are just great people. more

Great service and good people! 1/27/2014

I think Christo IT Services is wonderful. For a year they were the IT service we used for maintaining the computers in our office. We are no longer using them, but we discontinued with them because of a cost issue. It was not a performance issue at all. They are an excellent company! They are very hands on, and they are very easy to communicate with. They are very diligent in trying to resolve any issues you might have. You could shop around a little for price, but they are an all-around good company to work with! more

Adequate 1/7/2014

Christo IT Services is our IT department. They're easy to access and when we put in a problem, we get a ticket over the email so they're very responsive, that's a good thing. The bad thing is that I'm always buying new equipment because their service contract states they won't work on something that's over "x" amount of years and that it would take too long. There's also not continuity among the staff and their skill sets so you end up calling for specific people who you know they know what they're doing. They are adequate. I judge them on how much is fixed with out me knowing and how few people are coming to my desk saying a computer or something else isn't working. more

Very good experience working with them 11/7/2013

Christo IT Services was our IT service when our firm was just ten people at the time. They took care of our computers, software, and any technical issues we had. They were very good. Only reason we don't use them now is because our firm merged with another. more

Our prior IT company was not always available, unlike Christo IT Services. When we need them, they answer calls quickly and accurately. They have consistently provided excellent support and communication for about six years now. more

Wonderful service! 9/30/2013

We started with Christo IT Services after years of having bad experiences with another firm. We are very impress with how they stabilized the servers.They really bend over backwards to help you. They are proactive in preventing any problems and very up-to-date on new technologies. They do whatever they can to help the customer. The IT service has been great when we call them. If they are unable to help at the current time, they give us a time frame of when they can get back to us. more

Reliable, responsive service. 9/27/2013

I'm a physician in a solo practice. Christo IT are my go-to people for all my computer and IT needs. They maintain my data on a server and manage the inter-opperability of the various pieces of software and hardware I have in my office. I subscribe to a pediatric database and they interface with the people from that electronic medical company. I also have a contract tracking piece of software for speaking engagements and they made sure that integrated with Microsoft Outlook properly. A company I was working with two companies before them always had issues with the server going down. Christo does monthly preventive maintenance and I get little reports. That seems to also make a difference. There have been a few occasions where we had a glitch and they have always been very responsive and been able to get the problem fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I've written computer code myself and understand that nothing's perfect. But I feel very secure with Christo; they have my back as far as my computer and software needs go. more

We've been using Christo IT Services for probably seven or eight years. They've always been extremely responsive and they know what they're doing. It just has been a very positive experience. We've been satisfied with what they do. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed. Their customer service is very good. The people are friendly and always very helpful. more

A pleasure to work with and very responsive. 8/23/2013

Christo IT Services is very prompt. We're an accounting firm, so when we have a problem we need their help pronto. They respond extremely quickly and are willing to do things after hours because they know we can't shut down the whole firm during business hours. On top of that, they cooperate on things. I merged with this firm in 2004, so we've definitely been working with Christo since then. My previous firm had been working with them since 2000. When we first went with Christo I thought they were light-years ahead of who we had been working with previously. more

I think Christo IT Services has a very professional approach. What they've succeeded in doing is putting together an organization that truly supports small businesses in doing some of the things that are difficult for us to do internally, like networking. They do a terrific job of that. I would tell anyone to give 'em a try. more

They've come across with suggestions for keeping our system the most efficient it can be, while being very cost-effective and keeping price in mind when discussing these options. more

Christo IT Services is really responsive, they speak to our team in English (not in tech-speak that is hard to grasp) and we appreciate their services. We have been using them 8 or 9 months, and they just seem to be very knowledgeable and understanding of our platform and needs. They are even proactive at times when need be. more

I love Christo IT Services. They are very professional and personal and they don't talk above your level. They are always accessible and are there for you. I used two companies before them but Christo is always hands-on and always assessing your situation. I don't have to worry with them. more

We've used Christo IT Services for about two years. They have been prompt when I've had issues. They are quick to respond. They are capable and up to date with the latest technologies. They provide the monthly maintenance of our servers and work stations. They also recently moved our server from one location to another. They do a good job. I've recommend them two or three times. more
