There is nothing to say bad about it.Every things is satisfactory.The front desk guy is very nice and professional.The only things bad have to wait for an 45 minutes for servicing...

Car repair 5/14/2011

Took Tammys car to Auto-zone to read engine code . Took to Christian Brothers for repair based on Auto-zone information. Was still charged $80 to re-read engine code. Taking advantage of customer makes them go to different service center next time. more

The Only Location I Trust! 5/12/2011

The Christian Brothers team in Grand Praire always takes care of me. I don't like car payments, but care maintenance can be expensive. I have a limited budget, so try to spred out my expenditures throughout the year. I always check in with them to let me know what the next possible "big" check-up might be, so that I can budget for it. It's great to be able to trust/rely on a group of mechanics! I don't go anywhere else! more

Honest People, Good work 4/21/2011

Ill take a good mechanic over a great one as long as the good mechanic is honest. The work took longer than expected but they were polite and kept me informed all the way. The problem was missed on the first pass, but ultimately discovered. The cost was very reasonable and there was no effort to drive up the cost. more

Steering 4/20/2011

There is no change in the position of my steering wheel, it is as thou nothing had been done. I'm disappointed. I can only hope that the alignment is better. Time will tell ! more

Nicest guys in Texas! 4/19/2011

I am a young girl, new to Texas and was having car trouble. I took my car to a place in Arlington was quoted nearly $1400 for unnecessary services (even after I told them I had no money!). The owner told me he would have to keep my car for SEVERAL DAYS before he could even tell me what was wrong with it! $300 dollars later, I still had no idea what was wrong with my car. I had practically given up hope when I came across Christian Brother's Automotive. Their facility is so beautiful and their staff is wonderful! They drove me to and from the train station, performed a full diagnostic test, and only charged me for an oil change. They were completely upfront and honest and referred me to another mechanic who could fix my exhaust system. Thank you for Christian brothers for renewing my faith in people and mechanics! more

My Experience 4/8/2011

I brought my vehicle in because the fuel pump wasn't working. Tech suggested $1100 worth of work (plugs, wires, manifold gasket) none of which was related to the fuel pump. I had to suggest looking at the fuel pump, after which the tech discovered the fuel pump circuit breaker had been tripped. He reset it and it runs fine. I will never come back to Christian Brothers. Crooks!!! more

Even though it was an expensive fix(out of anyones control) I loved the integrity and honesty at this place! Rae did an awesome job working on my vehicle and I am very blessed that my mom found this place :) I guess you could say God provides a way in everything!! Positive Experince 4/6/2011

The staff at this location are kind, well mannered and polite. I dropped my vehicle off just before noon and was able to pick it up at 5:30. The only disappointment is I forgot to use the $25 off coupon I had :( /bummer more

Best customer service ever 3/26/2011

I went to Christian Brothers for an oil change. First off it cost me 33 dollars as opposed to other places that start off at 35. Not only was it great service at a great price, but I was also not bugged with the "you need to change your air filter" or "your transmission needs to be flushed" antics. They are not pushy at all and I felt absolutely comfortable with the overall experience and I cannot say that for ALL the other oil changes I have ever had. more
