Worst

There is nothing to say bad about it.Every things is satisfactory.The front desk guy is very nice and professional.The only things bad have to wait for an 45 minutes for servicing...

My car was new when I bought it 5 years ago; they've serviced it for almost all 5. Don't take it to the dealer for anything. Although I've moved 15 miles away and there's a CB closer, still bring it to the "usual". They're polite, personable, professional, and accommodating. When I brought my car in last year with about 70,000 miles for a check-up, the mechanic asked why. He said there's nothing wrong with it. Exactly! With regular service visits and continuity of same shop, my car runs smoothly. Will continue to be a client in the years to come. more

Excellent Service 8/7/2011

I am so impressed with your service! I brought my '05 VW Golf in for a diagnostic check and you found the catalytic converter was going out. Instead of just quoting me a price to repair it, you went above and beyond to help me. You called the VW dealership and checked to see if my car was under warranty. You saved me $1200! WoW! What great work ethic... I will definitely be back!! more

Review of my last visit 7/29/2011

Sorry but after my last transmission flush I wont be returning...my understanding was the would flush all the fluid they flushed 8 qt. as i saw on the side of the machine.when I questioned why it holds 15 qts why they only took out 8 they said it looked clean on the dipstick and it must have been low and scale on the side of machine wasnt that accurate.everyone from the front desk in cluding the people in the shop tried to tell me it was ok and they knew that machine had an 8 qt button and that was what he hit,yet tried to convience me it was fine only after i called and said i was going to another place to get it done right and they could pay for it or refund my money did they offer to make it right they rehooked the machine and hit the 16 qt button and it took out 16qts I wonder what happen the first time I got a flush there. no telling more

Excellent Experience 7/28/2011

Had our granddaughter's first car gone over with a fine tooth comb. Wow! Everything was completed on time at a very reasonable cost! Will definitely return when we have any automobile work that needs to be done! more

Excellent and Honest 7/21/2011

I took my car to another national automotive chain (Pep Boys) and they told me that I would have to pay 1300 for work, I came to find out later, I didnt even need. Not only did the other place overcharge me, they misdiagnosed my car. I went to Christian Brother's and they told me exactly what was wrong, and it was a fraction of what the other place charged. They were courteous, professional, and even drove me home while they worked on the car. I am very pleased. In a day and time when so many people are taking advantage of vulnerable people, Christian Brothers in Grand Prairie are very honest. more

MY DAUGHTER'S COROLLA WAS BEHIND IN MAINTENANCE. BJ GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE NEEDED MAINTENANCE AND HELPED ME SCHEDULE REMAINING MAINTENANCE FOR THE NEAR FUTURE. I APPRECIATE THE PROMPTNESS AND REGARD FOR STAYING IN BUDGET. more

I was greated pleasantly in an atmosphere like going into a professional office. My problem was recognised right away, and although it was a holiday weekend and they were busy, I was able to make a convienent appointment. When I returned, I was greeted with a smile and the work was completed efficiently. more

At no time was i ever give the impression that it would take three days to fix a fuel pump.Your people didnt call when they said they would. I feel they out right lied to me.I only have one car, had i been told it would take so long i would have gone elsewere. My husband has physical therapy and Dr. appointments for blood clots in his lungs. Had to ask friends at the last minute for help. If my car broke down in front of your garage , i would call a tow truck and have it taken antwhere else. more

I was quoted a price of over 600 dollars for a alternator replacement. I replaced my alternator at another establishment for only $200. I felt like Christian Bros was out to rip me off!!!!!!!!! more

Great service, work, and fair market costs 6/18/2011

I rank car repair right up there with buying a car or going to the dentist but cb takes the sting off. I had the assurance of being told the truth with no modification, the most important thing to me. The price is competitive, the overall experience better than competitive. I highly recommend them for car repair. more
