There is nothing to say bad about it.Every things is satisfactory.The front desk guy is very nice and professional.The only things bad have to wait for an 45 minutes for servicing...

Excellent customer service 9/29/2011

We're new to the area, and needed a car inspection quickly for vehicle registrations. We were taken in immediately, given great and friendly service. The next day, I even received a phone call about another service I needed that they don't provide (car detailing). I was given a great lead and discount! Talk about great service!! more

I was tired of being mistreated at the larger chains, so I decided to pay a bit more for some real customer service. Additionally, I live vry close by & am trying to support more locally owned, smaller businesses. The gentleman behind the desk was very polite & chipper & did exactly what he said he would. I intend to come back. more

Oil Change and Inspection 9/15/2011

Called and received a quote for an inspection and oil change. The quote ended up matching what I paid. I was able to drive up and the technicians began working on my car immediately. The service was very efficient. I was provided an estimate for additional suggested services (brakes, transmission flush). Overall, everything was excellent. I felt like the service I received was honest and efficient. I feel like I have finally found a local mechanic that I can trust to get the job done quick and not feel like I will be scammed into something I don't need. more

Fast and Efficient Repairs 9/2/2011

I called and said my 2003 Chrysler Town and Country was on the way via a tow truck. I explained what the engine was doing. They were waiting on me when I arrived at 10:20 AM. They started to work within an hour and diagnosed a short in the fuel injection electrical harness. They called me 3 times giving diagnosis, estimate, and repair status. The vehicle was ready at 5:30 PM nafter having the intake manifold removed and replaced to install the new harness. They were courteous and thorough in all explanations. This is the third time they havae serviced my van with major repairs and they have done a great job fast and efficient! more

I have been having intermittent problems with my air conditioner on my Ford Escape in that it would blow cool air when I first got in the truck, and then after a while would change to warm humid air. This has gone on for the last several weeks and I had even already taken it to another nationally well known mechanic and they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. After taking my truck into Christian Brothers twice, they were able to fix the issue by simply adding more coolant since my temperature guage was indicating the engine running hot. They have a very friendly service manager and staff, and I would recommend them to anyone. more

When you say your flushing a trannty dont flush 8 qts...then try and convince the customer it must of been low 8 qts??? or that the machine tank calabration is not accurate....when the whole time all of them know there is an 8 qt button on the machine!!!It looks clean on the dipstick I was told...so would my oil if you changed 1/2 of it...I wonder id thats what they have been doing????? have a nice day more

First Time Customer 8/10/2011

I was very pleased with the service I received. I had to wait a little while longer than usual for an oil change and tire rotation because the place was booked up. I returned today to have my tire pressure checked because my car wasn't riding quite right. I was assisted right away and very courteously. Overall good experience and I will be patronizing the business again. more
