Editorial review from Citysearch 9/26/2012

The actions of this office tarnish the reputation of CHOP. When I go to CHOP or any of its satellite offices, I am treated with kindness and respect. When I go to this office, I'm treated like an inconvenience. You can never reach anyone on the phone, you're always leaving a message. There are no less than 4 women sitting in that office at any given time. If I can reach a live person in offices with just ONE person at the desk, why can't I get the same here? The only reason I still go to this office is because my son gets all medical services through CHOP. This office is, by far, the most significant disappointment of our CHOP experience. more

Don't be fooled by the CHOP name. If 6/7/2012

Don't be fooled by the CHOP name. If you care about your child, don't not bring them to this practice. They never answer the phone. You must leave a message and hope they call back within the hour. The doctor's have no time management so they are always rushed when they come into the room (after having you wait 30-45 minutes). They do not take time to answer questions and treat you as if you are a burden to them or your questions are ""silly."" Most important is that 1 particular doctor misdiagnosed a problem with my daughter (through a f/u visit with another doctor, concurred with the misdiagnose). more

One Great Doctor, TERRIBLE PRACTICE! 3/29/2010

We have our kids at this place for one reason only. We love our primary care physician (Dr. Yen). She is excellent and very thorough. Pros: Doctor Yen. Period. Cons: Unprofessional staff; scheduling nightmares more

Great Practice!!! 11/30/2009

My kids have been seen at this practice for the last three years. We love it. We have several favorite doctors here. They take the time with my kids. Our favorite doctor, Dr Creecey, never seems rushed. Quite the opposite. She spends a lot of time with my kids and acts like there's nowhere else she'd rather be. She also remembers them....even when we just pass her in the hall there to see someone else. Pros: Great doctors, good nurses, good staff Cons: Can be hard to get on phone, but they call back promptly. more

Terrible place 6/24/2009

This is an AWFUL practice, they let my son suffer for weeks, witholding antibiotics til he nearly died of pneumonia. Too busy, disorganized, nasty, unprofessional and dangerous. Take your kid someplace else! more

HORRIBLE! Staff is rude, scheduling an appt is a nightmare! 11/26/2008

Staff is horrible, docs are ok - but it is IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment here (you have to schedule about 4 months in advance). Pros: Connected to CHOP Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE more

Docs too busy, staff terrible, but connected with a leading ped hospital. 11/19/2008

Doctors seem to be good, but way too rushed. You have to make a point to get any questions in during a visit. I've never received a phone call concerning lab results. They don't know anything about your child, never look back at medical history. You have to bring up pre-existing conditions that you want checked. Desk staff is terrible and can't be bothered. Nurses all seem very competent and will take the time with you. Connected with a great hospital, but we're close to going to a smaller practice. A well child visit will last 5 minutes, after a 45 minute wait in the waiting area. Pros: Hospital connection, doctors seem competent Cons: Waiting times, staff can't be bothered, way too busy more

GREAT doctors, but terrible staff! 8/20/2008

The doctors are great, especially Haas, Creecy, and Ahrs. They are really great with the kids, taking the time to speak directly with them in addition to the parents. Their after-hours system, tied into Children's Hospital in Philly, is also terrific. It does, however, take way too long to get an appointment for a checkup, usually at least 3 months. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. No one ever answers the phone. You always have to leave a message. When you sign-in, no one ever acknowledges your presence, even though there might be 4 girls at the front desk. No one looks up when you leave unless you need to schedule a follow-up visit. I've been taking my kids there for over 6 years. The old Cinnaminson office seemed to run a little better than the new combined office. We deal with the inefficient staff because we just love the doctors! They are all top notch!!! Pros: Doctors, after hours care Cons: Office staff, wait times more
