Review content:
The actions of this office tarnish the reputation of CHOP. When I go to CHOP or any of its satellite offices, I am treated with kindness and respect. When I go to this office, I'm treated like an inconvenience. You can never reach anyone on the phone, you're always leaving a message. There are no less than 4 women sitting in that office at any given time. If I can reach a live person in offices with just ONE person at the desk, why can't I get the same here? The only reason I still go to this office is because my son gets all medical services through CHOP. This office is, by far, the most significant disappointment of our CHOP experience.
