Doctors seem to be good, but way too rushed. You have to make a point to get any questions in during a visit. I've never received a phone call concerning lab results. They don't know anything about your child, never look back at medical history. You have to bring up pre-existing conditions that you want checked. Desk staff is terrible and can't be bothered. Nurses all seem very competent and will take the time with you. Connected with a great hospital, but we're close to going to a smaller practice. A well child visit will last 5 minutes, after a 45 minute wait in the waiting area. Pros: Hospital connection, doctors seem competent Cons: Waiting times, staff can't be bothered, way too busy
