Great Service, Very Pleased 2/17/2014

Had a hot water heater bust on me and they got it replaced for me the next day, worked with me to reschedule for earlier after I had asked for the later time, and once they determined the hot water heater needed to replaced he was able to get someone to bring it out and then put it in problem. At $1200, it was more money that I wanted to spend, but was I going to shop around to save $100 and spend another day (or two, or three) without hot water? Nope. And they got it replaced with the same make and model, just newer, and it's working well. So I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again. more

INSTALLATION OF A TANKLESS WATER HEATER 2/14/2014

Employees of Choates did a great job installing the tankless water heater. They were very professional and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Them. more

Very professional, thorough, and courteous. 2/13/2014

I found Choates to be very thorough and professional. They took the time to do things right such as removing my wall exhaust vent covers with care so as to not damage the paint. They also were very careful with my ductwork and very thorough. They are very knowledgeable and seem to have all the correct equipment such as hepa vacuums. more

One of the best, they did an outstanding job 1/21/2014

We were very pleased and happy with the work Choate's Air Conditioning & Heating did. Our heater had a crack in it and was leaking gas so they came out, discovered it, and then took out the old one to put in a new clean duct. They patched it up and cleaned the upstairs vent. They did exactly what they said they would and they stuck to the price they gave us. more

Incompetent 10/19/2013

A joke of a company with incompetent management....they believe that they are competitive yet they do not have the resources to back this up. Choosing to do business with this company is like asking a class of first graders to work on your hvac system. They will return numerous times and never correct the issue. more

Great Service 6/30/2012

Choate offered the best price on what we wanted. They installed a new 4 ton Carrier unit with inside core. We had also installed new energy efficient windows on the west side of our house at the same time. What happened next blew me away. Our first full month utility bill dropped by 50 from the same time last year. These guys were on time, clean and did a great job. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them. more

Choate's Air Conditioning & Heating was listed on the Mitsubishi website as a dealer of a particular product that we needed. We also heard favorable reviews about them from other customers of theirs, which is why we decided to use them. They installed 2 split heat pumps for us and it was a great experience. I enjoyed working with them, watching the way they did things, and their overall attention to detail. They really care about their work. I would recommend Choate's to people looking for an HVAC company because they provide prompt, courteous service. They did exactly what they said they would do. more

Honest, dependable family business focused on pleasing their customers. 2/24/2010

I first heard about Choate's Air Conditioning & Heating when I bought the family's house and learned that they had a heating and air business. I checked their references and everyone rated them very high and said that they were honest and dependable. I have been using their service for 3 years now and have definitely found that to be the case. Choate's is an outstanding, family-run business. Their family shares a common goal: to service customers and please them. They also are very honest...if they give you their word on something, you can trust them to stick to it. I have not have any bad experiences with Choate's. Their service is excellent and I have never had to call them back out to fix something. I have a maintenance agreement with them and they go out of their way to provide me with good service.
