Even though this is a chain, I thought maybe the staff at this fairly new restaurant would be trying harder so as to get well established. The waitstaff was trying harder, but the chef wasn't quite there. The cheeseburger was good, but the ribs were dry, tough, and tasteless. $30 for lunch for two (no dessert, appetizer, or coffee), was a little high for this mediocrity. On the pro side, there was no wait....hmmm, was that a hint?
