My kids and I-and a friend went to the chili's in The Woodlands by the Woodlands Mall, and had the worst experience ever.The waitress came to take our order then ignored us the rest of the time.I had to flag down three different staff to get us a refill, napkins and a box.I finally asked for a manager,she brought me the check, listened to my complaint,& we were then still ignored. I had to go to the front of the restaurant with my three kids just to have someone take our money so we could just leave. It was the worst experience of service I've ever had. I will never go back. I get better service at fast food restaurants, I can at least get my own refills.BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND.
