Review content:
My husband and I arrived at Chili's in The Woodlands at 4:45 pm Saturday August 21st. There was a 15 minute wait which led us to believe we must be in for a treat at this hour. However, the first person we saw was an employee who most definitely needed to have a change of clothes ... he looked dissheveled and had food on his shirt and pants. We were seated by a friendly young lady who took our order and placed dirty silverware on the table ... my fork had baked on food which was certainly unappealing. While waiting for our food I visited the ladies room which was extremely dirty ... trash on the floor, water on the floor and sink area and no toilet tissue. The food was ""okay"" but nothing special. My husband visited the mens room and found it equally disgusting. We looked for comment cards but found none so I did voice my complaints with the manager on duty. This was our first and last visit to Chili's. There is absolutely NO reason to put up with this kind of restaurant when The Woodlands is full of fantastic choices. This was definitely a disappointment and we DO NOT recommend eating at Chili's.
