I would not EVER ever allow anyone I know to visit this restaurant. My boyfriend and I were first greeted (after 5 minutes of sitting down) by our server with the question, ""how many people y'all got?"" from two booths away. He had an attitude in the first five seconds of our conversation. He didn't write down any of our order. We received our drinks in about five minutes. (At that time he had NO other tables). We ordered chips and salsa, two salads, and a buffalo chicken dish to split.... easy, right? After about 5-10 minutes we received our chips. 15 went by, no contact by our server, no salads. We had to flag him down to get him to stop at our table, and I nicely asked if we could have our salads before the meal. He said, ""oh yeah, they'll be right out."" After about 15 minutes go by, we finally receive our side salads ( aren't those ready and waiting in a cooler in the kitchen??) We are thinking any minute we'll be getting our food. 10 minutes go by, 20 minutes, 30 minutes. The 3-4 person table behind us who showed up 15 minutes AFTER us received their food. The other two-person booth in his section, who showed up 20 minutes after us received their food. Not once did our server come over to apologize, just said he was going to send over the manager and pretended to empathize. Another 3-4 minutes go by: no manager. I told my boyfriend to leave money for the drinks and salads on the table and for us to just leave. He was insistent upon talking to the server first... so he asked the server how much we owed him for salad/drinks, he said nothing - that the manager had already comped everything (interesting that we had not seen or heard from the manager about this). He also said our food was ready: ""Let me go get it for you."" He said it was also on the house. Five minutes later we still have not seen our waiter. Needless to say, we left with only chips and salads in our stomachs after 1 hr and 30 minutes. Absolutely the most ridiculous trip to Chili's I've ever had. Do NOT go to this location!!!!
