Last evening, Saturday, we went to Chili's with my family to have a nice meal. I had never been to this Chili's before but wasn't worried because we always have good experience at these restaurants. There were four of us, and we sat in a booth in the bar. My husband ordered a drink from the bar, and the rest were either water or tea. The drinks came in just a few minutes, but then we met our real waiter. He was a younger gentleman, not friendly really, and seemed very busy even though I did not see him waiting on any other customers. Our appetizer took a long time to come out and was a little cold. Our meal came out with several mistakes, but I was not surprised because he wrote nothing down. We sent back two plates, and it took a very long time for the mistakes to be fixed. There was no apology and he acted like we were wasting his time. I was very upset by the end of the meal. As was my husband. We were going to order dessert - I love the brownie with ice cream, but everything else took so long we decided not to wait. There were also errors on our bill. We were charged for things we did not order even though our main courses were also there. He said he would get the manager but he/she never came. Some of the restaurant was dirty, too. I will never take my family here again, and I ask that you do not either.
