Review content:
We were warned and did not listen!! Figured we'd take our chances because this location was convenient at the time. It took less time to serve 20 guests at Outback Steakhouse for my sister's grad party than to be served two non-alc drinks, two salads, and two hamburgers. Server was unpleasant. Only positive was the very friendly door greeter. Someone give that guy a raise and get rid of your lazy servers and incompetent managers. We walked out because we never received our burgers after an hour and a half. On top of that our waiter never even apologized for our wait. We always go to Chili's, but have never been to one like this. Just do yourself a favor, and DON'T GO to THIS LOCATION.
