Chili's

I've been to this Chili's 3 times now and each time the service got worse and worse. The first time they didn't get my wife's order right. The second time we were there, we were one of the first people in when they opened up and waited almost an hour and we had to leave before our order came out. What a mess. The third time we went, we waited for forever and still nothing. We complained to the manager and then they started bringing out our food. Mind you that half of the order was wrong and all the food was cold. I will never and I mean never go back to this place. I gave them three chances to get it right if they can't do it in those 3 chances they don't deserve another one. more

I have been to Chili's with my sister, her family, and my gf a few times and every time I have been there it has been bad. The service is always slow and they haven't been very polite. Then the food takes forever to come, it's been wrong a few times, and one time they brought everyones food out at a different time. The day they messed everyones order up and brought each thing out at a different time was the last day I ever went there. I will never be going back to this Chili's. more

We have been here numerous times and I totally agree with the other poster, the service was horrible. We had to wait forever for food and you could never get your server to fill your drinks or anything. And this was at times when there was hardly no one in the restaurant too, so I know it wasn't due to being busy. I'm wondering if maybe there aren't managers on duty all the time or if they just don't care. The only difference is that we have enjoyed our food there. Just don't go here if you are in a time crunch or don't enjoy waiting an hour or more for your food. more

Every time I have been to Chilies in Lufkin I have had horrible service. We usually have to wait about 20 minutes before we get any service. By the time we get them and order our drinks we know what we want to eat but we still have to wait for them to come back to take our order. The last time I went there we had about 6 people total in our group and they messed everyones order up. Not only did they do that but they also brought our food out a different times. So two people had their hot wings they were not done, then we got the pizza that was not done, next came the burger and it was wrong and the meat was very pink, last came the two orders of Alfredo and well they were wrong and cold. Needless to say we didn't eat the food and we left. The manager apologized for what happened but it wasn't the first time at the same location this had happened to us. I would recommend staying away from this Chilies. more
