Review content:
I've been to this Chili's 3 times now and each time the service got worse and worse. The first time they didn't get my wife's order right. The second time we were there, we were one of the first people in when they opened up and waited almost an hour and we had to leave before our order came out. What a mess. The third time we went, we waited for forever and still nothing. We complained to the manager and then they started bringing out our food. Mind you that half of the order was wrong and all the food was cold. I will never and I mean never go back to this place. I gave them three chances to get it right if they can't do it in those 3 chances they don't deserve another one.
