I gave 3 chances to there schedule to clean my carpets. 3 times I preped me house, rearrange my schedule & they still could not make it to our house. What a idiot I was. I have kids & a dog, besides running a catering business with my husband. If we treated customers the way they did we would not be in business. They need to take responsibility for there employees & do what ever it takes to make customers happy, especially in this economy. I have never written a review before this, it is my first one. more

I called them to my house this week to remove some stains and odor from pet waste. I was very pleased that they were able to do an estimate on short notice. They removed the stains and odor relatively quick. After everything, I probably wouldnt hesitate to call next time it happens. But I am hoping that its at least not for another long while! more

I would say that above all this is a reliable company. I felt that the work was done pretty well. I had them do 4 of my carpets. Did well enough of a job that I could consider bringing them back. more

This was fantastic on time great job truly exceptional service! I own dogs and pet odor is a problem. But, not a problem when it come to this Carpet Care company. I have used other commercial cleaning companies and received half ass work. Great Service I recommend to anyone.? more

There when I Needed them 7/20/2010

Needed to get my carpet cleaned after my dog peed in a corner of my room, they used non-toxic chemical free shampoo and did an excellent job! Thank you very much more

We used this los angeles carpet cleaning company last month. They were pretty good, the price was fair and they mostly everything out. We'd be happy to use Carpet Cleaners again in the future.? more
