I gave 3 chances to there schedule to clean my carpets. 3 times I preped me house, rearrange my schedule & they still could not make it to our house. What a idiot I was.
I have kids & a dog, besides running a catering business with my husband. If we treated customers the way they did we would not be in business. They need to take responsibility for there employees & do what ever it takes to make customers happy, especially in this economy.
