Review content:
On the positive side, the guys showed up on time and the carpet was cleaned effectively. On the negative side, it seems I got ripped off. I exchanged several emails describing the carpet as a very dirty cream carpet. I was quoted $75. I ended up paying $149. They added cost for sanitizing, deep cleaning, pre-spray, and scotch guard. Why wasn't this included in the original quote- ""the carpet was dirtier than we expected"". Yeah- right. And to end it all I am told to write a check to the technician, not the company. So, Uncle Sam gets ripped off plus I get ripped off.
