I lost my purse in the cab and the gentleman that I spoke with called me as soon as it was located, and my cab driver drove the purse to me and was extremely nice. I couldn't be happier! Everything was in my purse, including loose money and a camera. Very trustworthy! more

I was in Chicago the week of April 4-8 and I contracted with Chicago Carriage Cab to transport 18 students to 18 different places each day! From my first contact with Alicea over the phone their services was professional and they went above and beyond great customer services. Tanzeem one of the managers was at the Hyatt every morning (some days at 5 am) to make sure that each student got off on time. He also made sure that everyone was picked up and returned to the Hyatt. more

I wanted to express my gratitude with one of your taxi drivers. This morning while I was getting out of my car, I dropped my hat on Madison and Franklin, and taxi driver in cab 5097 went out of his way to let me know I dropped my hat. I just had to share this with someone at your company as I'm sure it's not every day that you hear about the good stuff that your drivers do... If at all possible please commend this driver, while it was a small thing he really saved me from losing my hat and given how cold it is today it really made my day that he went out of his way this morning!! Thank you in advance for recognizing him for me! more

Her kind, courteous and swift attention to my concerns was far beyond any customer service expectations that I might have. She was calm and clear in her directions and service. Lost my keys in a cab last night after having a few too many drinks. I do remember cabbie was very nice. Just called their customer service, and they were so nice and very helpful. Hopefully, they'll find my keys, but regardless, i just wanted to give them a great review---ive had to deal with other lost items, and cab companies are rarely as helpful as this one was! more

I am a 55 year old independent business man who has traveled the US and world extensively. My wife and I have been using cab # 1858 for 6 days for all our transportation needs in downtown Chicago, and to and from our convention in Rosemont. The driver has been the nicest, cleanest, most polite and professional driver we have ever had in the USA. He maintains a very clean and SMELL FREE cab. We wish all taxi cabs and drivers were like him. more
