I wanted to express my gratitude with one of your taxi drivers. This morning while I was getting out of my car, I dropped my hat on Madison and Franklin, and taxi driver in cab 5097 went out of his way to let me know I dropped my hat. I just had to share this with someone at your company as I'm sure it's not every day that you hear about the good stuff that your drivers do... If at all possible please commend this driver, while it was a small thing he really saved me from losing my hat and given how cold it is today it really made my day that he went out of his way this morning!! Thank you in advance for recognizing him for me!
