Just wasted 30 minutes waiting for an appointment that never happened. Was told to 1) come later 2) they wouldn't have time to dry my hair even when I came back. Awful experience - don't waste your time either. Not for anyone under 40 years old or those very particular about their hair. more

My full foil color fell out in less than a week!! And they wanted to charge me full price for the touch up afterward. itold Michele was her name.-that i had a faded red color and she sd no problem and knew what to do. So after i left the salon, i didn't wash my hair for 2 days (i somehow think this will help the color stay!) Well it all washed out by the end of the week. I called and explained what happened and sd i wanted to schedule for a touchup since the color has come out and its only been a week. They wanted to charge me full price $150 and said that "most people should expect to have it done ever 4-6 weeks" I dont know who has that kind of money first of but my color faded in a week and i didnt feel that i should pay that. I ended up paying $45 anyway b/c she did refoil my whole head again. But they should be more careful what they do when they charge people $150 for color and it shouldnt fade that soon or else they aren't that experienced as they say they are or they just use some bad color product. more

Ok, so I didn't get my hair done here. I walked in and took one look around - the place was filled with women in their mid-40's and up, wearing big floral prints with big blown out hair and caked on make-up (staff included). Sorry, but there was no way I wanted to leave looking like those women. If you are under 30, maybe give their spa services a try butI'd stay away from their hair and makeup services. more
