My full foil color fell out in less than a week!! And they wanted to charge me full price for the touch up afterward. itold Michele was her name.-that i had a faded red color and she sd no problem and knew what to do. So after i left the salon, i didn't wash my hair for 2 days (i somehow think this will help the color stay!) Well it all washed out by the end of the week. I called and explained what happened and sd i wanted to schedule for a touchup since the color has come out and its only been a week. They wanted to charge me full price $150 and said that "most people should expect to have it done ever 4-6 weeks" I dont know who has that kind of money first of but my color faded in a week and i didnt feel that i should pay that. I ended up paying $45 anyway b/c she did refoil my whole head again. But they should be more careful what they do when they charge people $150 for color and it shouldnt fade that soon or else they aren't that experienced as they say they are or they just use some bad color product.
