Best Burger in Denver 8/26/2002

The Cherry Cricket has the best burger in all of Denver. Just the perfect amount of grease, cheese, garnishes...fries & rings & you're good to go! Also, I visited once with two kids, although the CC does not offer a kid's menu, they catered to the 5 & 7-year-olds during the lunch rush. Nice touch. The service at the Cherry Cricket is usually great and the food is awesome for the price. The atmosphere is, however, lacking in some areas. The very best in Cherry Creek 8/1/2002

This is the only bar that because of the food, the staff, and the cool crowd has made me a regular! Highly recommend going - they now even have an outdoor patio! Also, ""the"" only place to be on St Patty's day each year! more

The Cherry Cricket has great food and neat atmosphere. The memorabilia on the walls add a sort of college-esch appeal. The food is outstanding and the wait staff is fast and friendly. Try the build-your-own burger with provolone and green chilis, it's awesome. The cheese fries are also really good. Best burger in Denver, hands down, but the retro, college-hangout feel includes no real barrier between the smoking and non-smoking sections. Be prepared for LOTS of cigarette smoke, no matter where you are sitting. If you are a smoker looking for a place to just relax and light up while downing a beer and having a great burger, this is just your kind of place. This place looks like a complete dive on the outside, so when you walk in the comfy decor and cheerful locals make you wonder if you indeed walked into a place with a tacky neon martini sign hanging over the door. The burgers are legendary. Burrito is my personal favorite. Buckets of Rolling Rock. Could use a couple more TV's for sports. Parking rough until the constructions is done around there, but overall pleasant experiences at Cherry Cricket! more
