The service here used to be great. I came in to pay off a loan the other day, and was rudely greeted by the new manager Darlene. I have been a customer here for a long time. I use it to pay my utilities and occasionally get a payday loan when I am in a crunch. This lady is rude beyond belief. She bragged about ""cleaning that store up"" by firing all those hard working people. The workers prior to her were actually customer service reps who knew what they were doing. Darlene is an angry piece of white trailer trash with nasty ass eczema hands all flaking and sh*t when she is handling your paperwork. What a classless bitch. Hopes she gets fired. I am writing a letter to corporate. more

Best Loan Place I've Too 3/29/2011

I swear I have been a customer at every payday loan place in Santa Rosa. I have never had customer service like this store has brought to me. I was in a bind and i needed more then 255 dolllars i was approved for the 2600 dollar loan in two seconds it took care of my needs and i am where i need to be now.. Even though I really dont need the loans anymore i still go in and do my western unions and i get my money orders for 99 cents. i also loan my prepaid mastercard and once in a while even cash my check when my bank is closed. i love that they offer so many different services ... Go in and check them out.. You will soon see what i am talkign about more
