Review content:
The service here used to be great. I came in to pay off a loan the other day, and was rudely greeted by the new manager Darlene. I have been a customer here for a long time. I use it to pay my utilities and occasionally get a payday loan when I am in a crunch.
This lady is rude beyond belief. She bragged about ""cleaning that store up"" by firing all those hard working people. The workers prior to her were actually customer service reps who knew what they were doing.
Darlene is an angry piece of white trailer trash with nasty ass eczema hands all flaking and sh*t when she is handling your paperwork. What a classless bitch. Hopes she gets fired. I am writing a letter to corporate.
