We ordered the Tuscan Hammered balusters from this company in the oil rubbed bronze finish. The baluster finish was the best we have seen and we ordered samples from many different vendors. Shipping was a little much but then again it was 500 pounds of solid iron! We have recommended you to a few freinds and hopefully they will be ordering soon! more

Ordered Iron stair rails and shoes for my foyer area. All parts received in timely manner and were of great quality. I ordered iron balusters for my staircase. Orders arrived very quickly within 3-4 days after placing order. Balusters were packed very well-each in a separate bubble wrap sleeve with additional bubble wrap between balusters. All balusters arrived in perfect shape. The shoes were in individual plastic bags so they would not rub against each other. Only problem with the shoes was that some of them had faulty set screws so had to order additional shoes. I apparently ordered the wrong finish shoes with the additional orders and received a phone call asking if that was what I wanted. Unfortunately the phone number I gave the company was my home phone not my cell phone. Since I was out of town to do this project I did not get the message in time. However I think they sent the correct finish not the one I mistakenly ordered. Not sure if I installed 2 shoes with a different finish--I think I would of noticed. The epoxy stated it was enough for 20 balusters--I got about 8-10 balusters for one tube so had to have additional tubes sent. Overall I am very happy with the company and I believe they have a quality product that is aesthetically pleasing. I had ordered samples from 3 other companies as well and their product was not nearly as uniform and pleasing as this company. I highly recommend this company. more

Don't buy form anyone else! The hollow single basket and the double twist look and feel like solid wrought iron. Super easy to install, did the whole job for under $400 and the visual difference/ feel of the entryway is amazing. more

Bad: They were an online only store and had no storefront to visit. They did have a showroom they recommended me to.. Improvements: A store front..
