I ordered iron balusters for my staircase. Orders arrived very quickly within 3-4 days after placing order. Balusters were packed very well-each in a separate bubble wrap sleeve with additional bubble wrap between balusters. All balusters arrived in perfect shape. The shoes were in individual plastic bags so they would not rub against each other. Only problem with the shoes was that some of them had faulty set screws so had to order additional shoes. I apparently ordered the wrong finish shoes with the additional orders and received a phone call asking if that was what I wanted. Unfortunately the phone number I gave the company was my home phone not my cell phone. Since I was out of town to do this project I did not get the message in time. However I think they sent the correct finish not the one I mistakenly ordered. Not sure if I installed 2 shoes with a different finish--I think I would of noticed. The epoxy stated it was enough for 20 balusters--I got about 8-10 balusters for one tube so had to have additional tubes sent. Overall I am very happy with the company and I believe they have a quality product that is aesthetically pleasing. I had ordered samples from 3 other companies as well and their product was not nearly as uniform and pleasing as this company. I highly recommend this company.
