The lady on the telephone was very knowledgeable and her advice was not only very appreciated but saved me some money as well. I informed many of my friends about the product as well as the courteous advice I was given and I just found out that one of them will also order balusters from cheapstairparts.com. I plan to install a spiral stair case next year and will definitely go back to cheapstairparts.com
