Chateau At Forest Park

A wonderful Quinceanera reception hall. We held my daughter's quinceanera at the Chateau. They did such a great job that I really wanted to write and let everyone know how pleased we were. The hall is SO beautiful inside. The food was great and the staff was very accommodating and professional. Chef Able makes the best fajitas in Fort Worth, I promise. We have another daughter and she wants to have her quinceanera at the Chateau, as well. Oh, the dance floor is super nice and was a really good size to hold all of our dancers. I'd recommend this place to anyone. more

BUYER BEWARE!! I would NEVER recommend this establishment for conducting wedding receptions. Our son was recently married and the reception was held at the Chateau. We had purchased $250 of champagne for the toast, but due to poor judgment and miscommunication between the staff, none of it was served for the toast. Only after we had informed the staff of this, did they serve TWO glasses of champagne to the bride and groom only for the traditional cutting of the cake. We brought this to the attention of the reception's staff, where they admitted their mistake and informed us that we must contact Bambi in the main office to discuss reimbursement. We sent an email that was never answered, and tried to contact Bambi through telephone calls which were avoided. When we did finally get to talk to her, she was very confrontational, unreasonable and aggressively dismissive of our complaint. She informed us that it was not their responsibility to have coordinated the distribution of the champagne, that her staff had already poured all but two bottles, and that we would not be receiving any reimbursement of our $250 as the receipt states ""no refunds."" However, Bambi's assertions are inconsistent and incorrect. more

Bambi & Staff - ""WOW!"" What can I say? The reception for daughter and son-in-law was amazing!! Everything looked gorgeous and the food was delicious. I have received so many compliments. Bambi, Justin and Stephen were a joy to work with. With the economy behaving like it is, we were on a pretty strict budget. Bambi and Sarah made several recommendations on how to get a lot of bang for our buck (LOVED the lighting). I always was completely confident that they would do a great job and boy, I was right. Everything was perfect - AND FIRST CLASS!! I'll miss you guys. Thanks again!! more

We held my daugher's quinceanera at the Chateau. The party was a huge success. My daughter love the huge dance floor and the decorations. It is very beautiful inside. The outside can be a little deceiving. The outside is nice and clean - but the inside is drop dead georgeous! We had a great time. We wrestled with the idea of serving alcohol to our adult guest and were very glad we went with the beer. The Chateau bartenders were really good about not serving the minors. Justin was our party manager and he was really attentive to our daughter and my parents. That meant a lot to me!! My husband really liked the fact that we only had to deal with one person to get plan this event. With two more daughters to go, I feel certain that we will use the Chateau again. Great job!! Would recommend!!! more

We had a wedding reception at the Chateau. The night was WONDERFUL! The people that work there were really nice and helpful. The price was good from the start and I really liked the fact that they had so many amenities. I used their coordinating service and it made the night go smooth. Justin and Anthony were very coordial, professional and easy to work with. One of the tables was set in the wrong spot, however. Once they knew about it, they fixed it right away. I would heartily recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are looking for a good value. We had a GREAT time! more

Held a wedding reception there. Staff did a great job. I have no complaints. I thought that the decor was just beautiful for a wedding reception. Really, really, nice. I would recommend them. more

My sister had a wedding reception there last month. My lil sis booked the hall and I helped my brother line up the entertainment and bar. These people did a great job with everything. They gave us the names of some good bands that had played there before. We went with Trey and the Tritones and we had an EXCELLENT time. We highly recommend this band. I can't remember the last time I was my brother danced so much. And and honorable mention to Anthony - our bartender. If you book this reception hall, ask for him to bartend. He's the bomb! Great Job guys!! more
