Three years ago when we first visited Charm City Burger the food and service were great. Somewhere along the line someone forgot that the customer is the one who determines what they want and how it should be done. My husband and I were in 3/12/12 PM, both ordered Good Ole burgers, medium well. My came out fine, my husband's was raw in the middle. Took it back to the counter, and 15 minutes later went up to the counter to find out where his dinner was. The staff person was surpirsed and most likely had fogotten to have the burger done correctly. After waiting approximately 5 minutes more, she threw a basket at him with a burger with none of his toppings on it, and sarcastically complained that he should just take it, they were busy???\r
Took it back to the table, it was still raw inside, I took it back to the counter and demanded a refund. The staff was shocked and I was told in no uncertain terms that only 3 temperatures were available. Both orders (my husband and mine) were requested to be medium well or hammered as they call it. After three attempts it was still incorrect. and the counter person said it is tough to get things right when someone is watching?????!!!\r
This person doesn't belong in a restaurant, and obviously the cooks need to return to school. I will never go back to what was once a favorite place to get a burger. Lip service to the customer is inappropriate and uncalled for. I am the paying customer, what I want and how I want it prepared is what it is all about. Charm City you have lost your charm and will slowly but surely lose you customer base if you continue on the same path.\r
Would not recommend this place again to anyone.
