Has Charm City Burger Co. lost its charm? Ive eaten here weekly for the last couple of months. I usually get the brunette female with a half sleeve tattoo at the register. Nothing much to say about her service except it seems she would rather be somewhere else. The burgers were incredible the first few times but recently it has gone down hill. Today was the worst and the last time I will eat at Charm City. The wait was approximately 15 minutes which is the norm since they cook to order. I had paid for an extra topping. When I got my order it wasn't correct, missing my topping. When I asked the cashier, she rolled her eyes as of it wash fault they forgot. Instead of taking the burger back and making it right, she simply went in the kitchen and brought me a small cup of mushrooms which were cold at best. I took my first bite and immediately spit it out. The bun was burnt. Not a little burnt but charcoal black. I looked at my wife's burger, same burnt buns. When I looked at the cheese inside the burger there was grill debris in the cheese as of the grill had not been cleaned in a while. The burgers were so greasy that the bottom bum became soft and wet, really nasty. I normally don't post but after paying almost $20 bucks for two burgers and to get something that not even McDonald's would serve I felt I had to expressy opinion. I think they have a great concept but if they dont step up the level of service and implement quality control for the food the serve they will loose customers quickly.
