We used Charlotte Water Damage to deal with the flood in our basement. They did a wonderful job in managing the water damages in few days. They took care of all the little details and fixed it better than before. They were so professional and knowledgeable in their job. We had water damage in our basement and Charlotte Water Damage was able to repond to our urgent need very quickly. The service was top notch and very professional. They were very accomodating and were able to explain the process clearly. Luckily, it was our first water damage and they made it easy and painless. I have utilized Charlotte Water Damage on both my business and residence. I have been quite pleased with the quality of the work, the price and the professional manner in which the company operates. In 2010, I had about 3 inches of water in my finished basement due to a combination of very heavy rains and neglecting to have my sewer line cleaned out. I immediately called Charlotte Water Damage to try to minimize the damage. He was out to my house within an hour, and he began the clean-up process. The fast service that he rendered may have saved me several thousand dollars in costs associated with replacing my carpeting, etc. I would highly recommend Charlotte Water Damage to anyone looking for a reputable service technician. more

Big Thanks 3/28/2012

The day that the water damage occurred in our home, we were completely overwhelmed. The insurance company told us to call Charlotte Water Damage. We were pleasantly surprised! They responded quickly, and continued to be there for us from the setting of the drying equipment all the way through the re-construction. We found the entire staff extremely responsive, highly qualified, very professional and they cared like it was their own home. Although the water damage left us unable to stay in our home, we took comfort in knowing Charlotte Water Damage was working hard to get us back home as quickly as possible. Communication with the staff was wonderful. We always knew what was going on and what to expect next. Our house is now better than before the damage occurred. Thanks Charlotte Water Damage for making our house a home again! more

Charlotte Water Damage- We were relieved to know that our home and belongings were in good care while we were not available to care for them ourselves. We felt confident that our home would be restored after being saturated by broken pipes and were pleased to find our damages were minimized by fast action and expertise. Your team rushed to our rescue at 10pm over a weekend and prevented a massive loss while we were out of town. When we returned, everything was dried out and ready for repair, and all our rugs and towels had been professionally cleaned. THANKS GUYS! The biggest benefit was fast action by a team with cost effectiveness in mind. more

THE BEST EVER 3/20/2012

Fantastic! Charlotte Water Damage did a great job and was very professional. We had our washing machine break down and flood our hallway and closet. I called and they came right away, fixed the water damaged areas and cleaned up our mess. The cleaners answered all my questions, were very nice and did a great job. The greatest benefit to hiring Charlotte Water Damage is that I won't have to worry about our carpets, especially the water damaged areas anymore! more

We have water damage with the house we just purchased a few weeks ago and the situation is not good at all. The plumber refused to do any work until we clean up the area and crawl space. The first company we used charged us more than one thousand for the crawl space and kept changing their quote on the water damage inside the house. We found Charlotte Water Damage and decide to get a second opinion. The lead technician arrived on time and immediately explained everything in a logical way after he reviewed the damage. My wife and I felt so comfortable with him, we hired him on the spot and have him starts his job right away. He could have charged us more by convincing us to rent some of their equipment?s to dry up the damage area (like the previous company charged us $300 for the rental) but he told us the wood around the area need to be replaced due to the damage, he did not see any reason why we should spend money on something that will be taken out and replaced. This company is probably one of most honest and professional person I have ever worked with. I will definitely call him for any related job in the future. I guess that?s what is making this company so great. I will give them a hundred stars if I could but I guess I have to settle for 5 stars now. Thank you Charlotte Water Damage. more

CALL THEM! 2/17/2012

I love Charlotte Water Damage for all the work they are doing to make sure my kitchen is both dry and salvaged as best as possible. Everything the guys have been working on has been explained in depth and soundly reasoned. You rarely meet contractors who are willing to speak with you at length to make sure you understand. Most of all it was such a relief to get a fast response to an emergency issue, and all subsequent communication has been just as easy. It's hard not to feel like you're the company's only customer! It's not that I want to have another flood, but I truly find Charlotte Water Damage to be a great company and a huge help! Big Thanks! more

The basement was a disaster zone! Everything was almost ruined if it wasn?t for the hard work Charlotte Water Damage did in my home! I had water all over my basement, my water heater pipe burst. I thought it will have take days to get the job done charlotte water damage was fast and very efficient thanks so much for taking care of all my water problems! more

Charlotte Water Damage really cares! Great Water Damage Company! We had tree roots that grew into our sewer lines, and caused a massive backup into our home, through all of our drains and drain lines. Our house was a MESS!! Charlotte Water Damage showed up and really did a fabulous job of drying and treating our house. Thanks for doing such a good job and really caring, no visible water damage at all. more

I want to take a moment to thank Charlotte Water Damage for responding quickly and cleaning up the horrific water damage in our basement that occurred from a flood we experienced. When we realized that the damage was only getting worse, we began to search for a reliable and reasonably priced company that could restore our basement back to its potential. I called Charlotte water damage when our washer hose broke on us. They were just great they called our insurance and was able to get right to work. It was wonderful. All the water came up really quick and they sanitized everything for us also left drying fans over night to make sure we had no problems. more

GOOD SERVICE 7/5/2011

I had called Charlotte water damage when my ac drain had clogged and we had water all over the carpet. I was happy they called our insurance and worked out payment. They started right away with the water clean up and cleaned also sanitized the carpets. They also left drying fans over night for us. more

I had pipe under my sink brake and we had water all over the bathroom. It was terrible I was afraid the tile and grout would be in trouble. But Charlotte water damage did a wonderful job for us. The came right out and worked really hard to save our bathroom floor. I was happy we didn more
