I called my insurance who told me to call Charlotte water damage. Under my sink I had a pipe brake in our bathroom we had water every where. They were out here quick and got right to work. They turned off the water that lead to the pipe. Sanitized everything and even followed up with us and our insurance it was a good transition. more

We called Charlotte water damage after our dishwasher flooded and water was all over. It was even getting on our carpets as well. They were here really quick and extracted all the water up for us made sure the water was turned off to the dishwasher and also sanitized all the areas including the carpet. I was even able to use there in house financing as well it was great. more

I had to call Charlotte water damage after our ac drain had clogged and water poured into our home. I was worried about all the water on the carpets. Charlotte water damage was great they really got all the water up from our carpets and made sure that everything was sanitized. They even set fans out to dry and followed up with us the next two days as well. more

charlotte water damage really helped me out. I had a pipe in my wall brake and the sheet rock was all wet. They worked with the insurance company and had everything replaced quickly. The bathroom looked better than ever. more

It was good to have a professional company at my home. Charlotte water damage was really good from start to finish. I had a bad water damage in my home and it needed a lot of work. They were able to clean up the water and dry everything quick. I was happy they took care of everything with the insurance company and I had my house back in 2 days. They repairs looked good. more

I had my hot water heater burst on me in my basement. Water was every where in the basement. I called Charlotte water damage to come help me. The worked really quick and extracted the water quick. They even called my insurance company to work with them as well. It was easy to work with this company. more

I had a really good experience with Charlotte water damage. My pipe in the bathroom under the sink had snapped. It was just plastic. This company did a great job from start to finish. They even called to follow up and make sure I was ok. I was really happy they worked well with me and my insurance company. more

I never thought I would have a water damage in my home. I called Charlotte water damage after seeing my bathroom filled with water. The plastic hose for the drain snapped. Water was leaking every where. Charlotte water damage had everything cleaned up in minutes. They called the insurance company so we had no worries. They were a good company to do business with. more

I had to call charlotte water damage when the pipe under the sink broke. I had water all in the bathroom under the sink. They came out quick and worked there magic. The bathroom looked better than before after they were done. It was amazing. The insurance company worked great with them as well. more

My ice maker was clogged and there was something wrong due to water all over the floor. I called Charlotte water damage to extract the water and sanitized due to the smell. It was over night that the water was sitting so for about 24 hours. They were great they got all of the water off the floor and made everything smelling fresh again. more

charlotte waterdamage does awsome work. I had my washer leaking over nite due to somthing under it broke. I needed to get all the water up my insurence company recommended this company and I am glad they did awsome job. everthing was saved. more

charlotte water damage saved the day. They got to my house just in time to save my carpet. We has spilled a big old fish tank and the smell was terrible. The were able to remove the water and the bad smell.It was great. more

My hot water tank went on me over the weekend and I had to call charlotte water damage due to all the water. It just seemed like it wouldn?t stop. They were great. They came in worked quickly to turn the unit off and was able to get all the water picked up in no time. My insurance spoke with them about payment and the handled everything for me. I had no worries at all. more

Charlotte water damage did a super job cleaning up the water damage from my dishwasher. It broke and watter went all over. I was happy they called my insurence company ans alos left fans drying through the night after they sanitized everything. more

Charlotte water damage was great. I had a leak under my bathroom sink and it got worse. I had water all in the bathroom and couldn?t get it all up. Water damage charlotte was great with there price since my deductable was so high. I was able to give them a check with no problems. Everything dried quick and smelled fresh. more
