We have water damage with the house we just purchased a few weeks ago and the situation is not good at all. The plumber refused to do any work until we clean up the area and crawl space. The first company we used charged us more than one thousand for the crawl space and kept changing their quote on the water damage inside the house. We found Charlotte Water Damage and decide to get a second opinion. The lead technician arrived on time and immediately explained everything in a logical way after he reviewed the damage. My wife and I felt so comfortable with him, we hired him on the spot and have him starts his job right away. He could have charged us more by convincing us to rent some of their equipment?s to dry up the damage area (like the previous company charged us $300 for the rental) but he told us the wood around the area need to be replaced due to the damage, he did not see any reason why we should spend money on something that will be taken out and replaced. This company is probably one of most honest and professional person I have ever worked with. I will definitely call him for any related job in the future. I guess that?s what is making this company so great. I will give them a hundred stars if I could but I guess I have to settle for 5 stars now. Thank you Charlotte Water Damage.
